LJ's holiday promotion this year works like this:

I am a paid member. As such, I have 10 coupons to hand out to non paid members for $10 off. You will either pay $9.95 with automatic payments or $15 for a one time manual payment (instead of $19.95 or $25 respectively). I have 10 coupons and want to offer them to my peeps first before I whore them out to a comm somewhere...

Also, I should point out that it doesn't matter to me how well I know you. If you want it, you will get it, as long as I still have coupons to give.

I have to admit that unlike everyone fussing about this, it doesn't bother me so much. I would prefer to be able to buy accounts for the people I love that want them, but I can't afford that. I figure this makes it easier for anyone that may have a hard time justifying $20-25 for something but $10-15 maybe isn't so bad.

Do it for the icons. THEY NEED YOU!!!

ooo... The 5th is the 3 days before mah birfday... I'll be 30. This scares me, horribly. Anyway, Jonathan works that day and the 30th and currently he has the only running car. It appears that will be the case for awhile :(. I'll see what we can do, though!

yeah, and it is just after Jonathan's birthday too (then again, so is the 30th). let me know closer to those dates and i'll get you our actual times. we MIGHT be in on the evening of the 29th but not sure yet.

Sending now. Apparently when you go to check out, the coupon usage link shows up on the very bottom of the page and isn't terribly user friendly. It should work, though.
