They delivered my new couch today.
It was supposed to be here on Friday.
That is not a problem.
We were not home.
That is not even a problem.
They threw it over a 4 1/2 ft. adobe wall and onto my garden with a bunch of stuff that was blooming.
THAT IS A PROBLEM!

It was shipped Fed Ex Freight. It isn't actually the company that we made the purchase from. If I had known it would be Fed Ex, I would have asked for another carrier. The tracking number they gave us was for Yellow, and Yellow called to confirm Friday. We didn't realize it was coming in two shipments from two different carriers (it's one of those futon types that looks like a real sofa). I don't know why they used two carriers, but Fed Ex Freight sucks.

We found the PERFECT couch at Biglots...but they were sold out. So we ordered an even BETTER one(Dark Grey vs. Tan) from FINGERHUT. Yeah, I know...mail order couch. Apparently they shipped it in two parts via different companies. The big heavy part is shipping by Yellow Truck...they scheduled delivery for Friday. The base and arm rests got sent out(Fingerhut didn't tell me they shipped it via two carriers or gave me this tracking number) by FED EX GROUND...Fed Ex threw the 35kg box over the wall.
