i thought there was a mandatory minimum of a certain number of weeks for bmaternity leave. again, i could be thinking of CA. also, (i'm pretty sure this is federal) they have to reinstate you at the same place you were before.
try talking to a doctor. you should also have a medical out if they won't let you sit down which they should be forced to take. to let you back. they're running a thin liability line with "disability" discrimination the way you're presenting this.

i wasn't working when i was pregnant. well, i did temp stuff and an internship. but i'd just graduated college out of a workstudy job, so i didn't have anything with the kind of years put in that you're dealing with here.
