I have liability, but since my car was parked and I was not in it, liability doesn't apply! Good news is I won't have to pay for any repairs on his car. I don't know what to do about mine. More good news: What I thought this morning was a broken axle, was just the tire and wheel turned at a really funky angle and pushed up onto the curb. So, other than the fact that I can not open the driver's side door AT ALL, the car is driveable (of course it had been hit by the previous owners and the passenger side door already didn't work well). I really thought that the passenger wheel was fucked this morning. The only other problem I see forthcoming, is that my mom won't be able to use the car anymore to get to her appts. She can't possibly climb over those seats. Oh, and I have no mirror on the drivers side, nor do I have a cover for my driver's side brake light. But, HE STARTED, and I drove and got gas. I will figure out the other shit as I can. THANK YOU POWERS THAT BE FOR NOT COMPLETELY FUCKING ME!!!!
