Well F-U-C-K! I wonder what resources there are to help you with this sort of situation? This HAS to happen to other people. I would be willing to guess that there is some organization out there that can assist you with replacing your car at little or no cost. But where to look? Department of Social Services? Did you file a police report could you ask the departmen? Did you not even have liability insurance? Crap Jess!
