Some asshole in a stolen truck, hit my car at around 3 am. Car is totaled. I am fucked.

{EDIT}I am the only person I know, who can sleep throught the 20 minutes that their life turns to shit...

No, of course not. Why would I? The car was paid for, and a 1996. My insurance company seems to think that it will get done, but I have no idea how. The owner of the truck was not the one driving it, and they didn't apprehend the guy who was.

i keep full coverage on my vehicles for just such a reason... but they don't really pay out anyway.

i have thought several times about changing my coverage but i always think the better of it. i pay 1,000 every six months for two vehicles coverage and have gotten nothing back so really i am just throwing my money in the garbage. "oh, no money, i don't want anything to do with you." hehehe.

Yeah, but I got screwed. Even because of my age, this is my first license. My rates sucked, and I just couldn't. Now I really wish I could have! I will figure something out.
