Last night was spiffy.

We went to the NINJA concert and it was pretty decent. I went mostly for NIN and was a little disappointed, but it was still pretty kick ass. Jonathan was fine with the whole thing, I think. We sat with elegantdreams,capnbattlebabe, and susanne_lisette. I have seen susanne_lisette around all over the place for years, and knew she was close to other people that I know, but had never actually met her formally. I like her. Of course I would. All of the other people I know that love her can't be wrong!

Little Human was apparently a little gentleman at eclypsia's (I cannot thank you enough for watching him last night) house, for which I am grateful, since he was just awful for most of yesterday.

I have now spent all of today attempting to figure out when I got so old. Jonathan got up this morning and appeared no worse for wear. I, on the other hand, can't get my brain to fire on all cylinders. I used to go out almost every week. I would stay out until at least as late as I did last night. There would usually be some physical exertion involved at some point after the being out part(*cough*). Now staying out until 2 practically ruins me. I'll ask you:

When did I get so old????

I am always nervous around new people, but somehow you felt like someone I have known for ages. There wasn't any nervousness, just an easy comfort that feels like it has been there forever.

Darby is usually much more interactive. I think he was just really tired. We'll have to introduce him to you when he's awake. He will flirt with you scandalously, with dimples and everything. And if you dye your hair another nifty color, he will attempt to go home with you! =)
