I hate he stupid automated phone systems. They belong in their own personal ring of hell. The one at my mortgage company takes the fucking cake. You spend 10 mins navigating all of the stupid menus, half of which don't recognize a selection, and when you finally get somewhere it kicks you to the payment menu and doesn't allow you to talk to a person.
IF I COULD PAY THE FUCKING MORTGAGE, I WOULDN'T HAVE FUCKING CALLED YOU AND SELECTED THE PAYMENT HARDSHIP MENU.
Then you call back and try another round of voice automated musical chairs only to have it go back to the payment menu. I guess I am just going to have to go to the actual bank and see if I can get this figured out. If I wasn't so worried about them coming after me for any loss they might take, I seriously would just walk away.
