We went to the NINJA concert and it was pretty decent. I went mostly for NIN and was a little disappointed, but it was still pretty kick ass. Jonathan was fine with the whole thing, I think. We sat with [livejournal.com profile] elegantdreams,[livejournal.com profile] capnbattlebabe, and [livejournal.com profile] susanne_lisette. I have seen [livejournal.com profile] susanne_lisette around all over the place for years, and knew she was close to other people that I know, but had never actually met her formally. I like her. Of course I would. All of the other people I know that love her can't be wrong!

Little Human was apparently a little gentleman at [livejournal.com profile] eclypsia's (I cannot thank you enough for watching him last night) house, for which I am grateful, since he was just awful for most of yesterday.

I have now spent all of today attempting to figure out when I got so old. Jonathan got up this morning and appeared no worse for wear. I, on the other hand, can't get my brain to fire on all cylinders. I used to go out almost every week. I would stay out until at least as late as I did last night. There would usually be some physical exertion involved at some point after the being out part(*cough*). Now staying out until 2 practically ruins me. I'll ask you:

When did I get so old????

Hair is turning blue as we speak. I know, dying hair on the day of an occasion is a stupid idea, but I wanted blue hair. I will deal if it isn't right =)

Thank you so much [livejournal.com profile] eclypsia and [livejournal.com profile] valuedemployee for watching the Little Human for us tonight. You have no idea how much we appreciate it!

I also have not posted about my Mommy's Day prezzie. Jonathan got me an absolutely beautiful ring. I don't think it was made as such, but I wear it as an engagement ring because it is big and sparkly. When pics go up of hair, I will put up a ring pic too.

Okay, must give Little Human a bath (I refuse to let people take care of him when he is this dirty:How does he get so filthy so fast???) and figure out what to wear...

pandorablue: (I haz a...)
Well, I just bought the NINJA tickets, now to find someone to watch the Little Human while we go! Mom just can't handle him for extended periods of time. He is a hellion. Does anyone have any ideas? I know the lovely [livejournal.com profile] julian_wolf has offered up some services, but I feel bad because it will be long and he is a serious pain in the ass for us (especially diaper changes). I don't know how a teen could handle him! But it is a thought. If anyone else has any ideas...

Sooooooo, Dubs did scratch my cornea pretty badly. I am not sure if I will ever say "Good Morning" to Dubs again. He seems to react rather violently. After about 8 hours in the ER over two days, I at least don't hurt every time I blink. I am also in no danger of going blind. My eyelids are no longer swollen, but I hate the goo that I have to put in my eyes (erythromycin). I hate putting shit in my eyes anyway, but this is just nasty.

I missed Gordon with mom, but Jonathan went with her. She loved it. I am glad that she still went. She did try to argue it with me for a bit, since she didn't want to leave me with Dubs. It was fine though. I am just glad that she enjoyed herself.

I still, can't get over how good Metallica was.

I didn't have time to post yesterday...

Metallica I think was the best concert I have ever been to. It was so great. I felt bad because Melissa was sick, but she dragged herself to it, and I don't think she enjoyed it as much as I would have hoped. Beer lines were insane. I got a tee shirt. All was good.

In other news, Dubs poked me in the eye this morning. I believe my cornea is scratched. It hurts.

There will be much Metallica Goodness for me tonight.

I feel stupid. I did not know that NKOTB had canceled the show here until today when [livejournal.com profile] eclypsia told me. I guess I should have known that, but oh well. We, hopefully, can find something else fun to do! Still excited for Metallica, though.

I am going to have a busy month next month. I am seeing NKOTB with [livejournal.com profile] eclypsia, then I am going to Metallica with [livejournal.com profile] ohno_jonathan_o (and hopefully my friends Matt and Melissa), then I am going to Gordon Lightfoot with [livejournal.com profile] rubye_tuedsay. When I finally decide to break out of a funk, I do it with abandon!

{EDIT} Matt and Melissa will be joining us. *does happy SQUEEEE dance*
I just got free tickets to Willie Nelson and John Fogerty from Live Nation. Not quite sure why... but um... yeah...

Um, yeah,

I guess I am the suckiest person ever (almost). I am now trying to figure out how many other poor unsuspecting souls I may have passed this nasty little stomach bug to. I gave it to [livejournal.com profile] ohno_jonathan_o, and my mother so far. I only hope that I did not give it to [livejournal.com profile] elegantdreams as well, or at least that it manifests sooner rather than later (or much later rather than too soon), since she is the person who upon learning that I did indeed win NIN tickets, I decided I wanted to give my extra ticket to. In fact, the first thought I had was "I am going to offer ~N~ the other ticket". I knew she really wanted to go, and that she knew she couldn't due to finances. If I hadn't won the tickets, I wouldn't be going either.
I love her immensely, and she is so good to me (I mean, come on, she really should have killed me a long time ago). And dammit, we both deserve this! And besides, she was so fucking cute when I called her and asked if she wanted it. She kept asking if I was sure!

I am quite excited.

I just won NIN tickets.

It's a good thing I actually looked at my mail today, and opened it. I almost threw away a letter that I thought was junk mail, but has actually turned out to be my Bob Dylan tickets. Boy, I think I might have regretted that!

I had a great night last night. I took mom to Stevie, and it was so nifty. I saw her about 10 years ago in VA. Last night was better. I saw Sean's dad there. He was surprised to see me. I wasn't expecting to see him, but it was nice.
I have been keeping reall good track of the business email lately. We have had a lot of orders. I am going up this weekend to box some stuff for shipping.
They are now planning on keeping Jonathan at work seven days a week now. This is really gonna suck. I know that really, nothing can be done about it, but I still wanna bitch.
I am so fucking tired. Will I ever get to sleep a whole night ever again??????
Love you all Lots!
